How does it work when shipping to Amazon FBA?

To schedule a delivery at an Amazon FBA warehouse through Cargomate, you'll need to provide specific details such as the warehouse name/address, FBA/ASN number, Purchase Order (PO) number, the number of pallets per PO number, total weight, and Amazon labels. These details should be entered when creating a delivery in the Cargomate dashboard.

How does it work with shipments to Logistiek via Bol (LvB)?

With Cargomate's API integration, you can create an Amazon FBA pre-announcement (LvB-voormelding) directly in their system. Afterward, you just need to upload the labels, which will already be automatically opened following the pre-announcement. The necessary details to fill in include key shipment information, ensuring seamless processing:

• Pieces per EAN
• Amount of boxes/pallets
• LvB-labels

When creating a delivery in the dashboard, you'll need to enter specific details. Cargomate ensures that the shipment is delivered to Amazon FBA (LvB) on the correct day, so you don't have to worry. They also make sure that the boxes and pallets meet LvB requirements.

Which countries do you ship to?

We can arrange shipments to all countries in Europe and the United States.

What is the average delivery time for the Netherlands / Belgium?

The average delivery time is 24 hours. This means loading on day A and unloading on day B.

What is the average delivery time for other countries?

The average delivery time is 48-72 hours. This means loading on day A and unloading on day C or D.

Can you also deliver to the UK, Switzerland, or Norway?

Yes, but it involves extra work since these countries are not part of the EU. Additional costs will be incurred for VAT, import duties, and customs clearance fees.
